Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information SQLcrew collects through thesqlcrew.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. SQLcrew is a brand of meridianNexon Private Limited (“we”, “us”), which is responsible for the information described here.
What we collect
- Enquiry details. When you use the contact form we receive your name, work email, and, if you provide them, your company, main goal and message.
- Usage data. If analytics is enabled on the site, Google Analytics collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. It uses cookies to do this.
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and time of request) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, discuss working together.
- To keep a record of the conversation in our email and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add website enquiries to marketing lists without your agreement.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and handle enquiries. They process information on our behalf and only for these purposes:
- Web3Forms, which delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
- Our email and CRM providers, where enquiries are stored and answered.
- Google, for Google Analytics (when enabled) and for serving the fonts used on this site.
- Our website hosting provider.
Some of these providers may store data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer for international transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any relationship that follows, and then delete them. Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in our Google Analytics account.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw any consent you have given. To make a request, contact us through the form on our homepage and tell us what you would like us to do. We will respond within the time the law requires.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we limit access to enquiry data to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
